Who am I?
I am one of Australia's leading practitioners on testamentary trusts. With over 11 years experience as a practitioner in wills and estates, superannuation and tax law, I have managed the delivery of estate planning services for ASX listed financial services firms, banks and multi city law firms. My latest role, is as the managing director of Clear Law, a multi-city specialist estate planning, tax and superannuation law firm that I founded.
I have a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Wollongong, a Juris Doctor from the Australian National University and a Masters of Tax from the University of Sydney.
As the author of the only dedicated text on testamentary trusts and advanced estate planning strategies, Testamentary Trusts: The Australian Master Guide (3rd Edition, Lexis Nexis 2021), I work with accountants, financial planners and other lawyers on the delivery of estate planning services.

Precedents
I provide expert precedents on estate planning and variation precedents to cover a range of different client scenarios and strategies. I can also work with you on the development of advice documents and customised precedents or review complex drafting arrangements and advices.
Coaching & Mentoring
I provide one on one coaching and mentoring services to select legal practitioners and financial planners looking to develop their wills and estates expertise. This can include technical training sessions, how to structure client interviews, mock client meetings, how to explain testamentary trusts and how to advise on advanced estate planning strategies.
